Student Success Technology Services assists in the management of information technology resources within the Division of Student Success. It provides support and guidance to our users and serves as a liaison to the larger Texas State IT community. The office embraces the divisional mission to provide high quality services to ensure the success of the departments we support.

Windows 11 Update
Beginning May 1, 2023, all newly purchased Windows computers will receive the Windows 11 Texas State image.
Any university-owned compatible computer requiring a reimage will receive the Windows 11 Texas State image.
Submit a Work Ticket (DSS Staff)
Student Success staff are encouraged to submit a workticket into our workorder system. This ensures that requests are forwarded to the entire team to facilitate service
